POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Business to lead our business setup and consultancy operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore), government regulations, and market dynamics. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving revenue growth, building high-level client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence while positioning the company as a market leader in corporate services.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years experience in senior leadership, with at least 3 years in UAE business setup or corporate services.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai DED, free zone authorities, and offshore company regulations.
• Strong government relations and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence in the UAE and GCC.
• Identify new revenue streams, service lines, and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.
