Building on growth across North America and Europe, WiredScore launched in UAE in October 2022 as part of its global expansion plan. Opportunity  As part of WiredScore’s continued growth in the Middle East, we are looking for a Head of Business Development to scale and strengthen our presence in the UAE. Reporting to the VP of Asia Pacific and the Middle East, this role will be based in UAE with regular travel as required. This is a senior individual contributor role for a commercially driven leader who is excited by ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow into broader regional responsibility over time. If you are a high-energy business developer with strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to close complex B2B deals, and the ambition to build something meaningful in a priority market, we would love to meet you. The position is a unique opportunity to: * Join a high-growth real estate technology company operating at the intersection of property and digital infrastructure * Play a critical role in scaling WiredScore’s impact across the UAE * Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at the UAE’s most influential real estate organisations Key attributes we’re looking for in a candidate: * The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a direct revenue-generating role, with a track record of delivering results  * Must speak Arabic and English to a professional level * Strong experience within the UAE real estate market, with an established senior network.  * Experience working with industry associations and local government to create awareness and evangelise the opportunity space * Demonstrated success as a hunter, comfortable with high levels of prospecting and deal ownership * Executive presence and the ability to represent WiredScore with senior stakeholders * Strong understanding of property market dynamics and active curiosity about market trends * Highly independent, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy * Both action-oriented and strategic, able to identify opportunities, craft an approach, and execute effectively Primary Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end business development and sales for the UAE market, from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
