  • A hunger for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while positively impacting lives.
  • Have an established & solid network of key stakeholders for services within the disability sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NDIS Scheme
  • Solid record in Business Development and surpassing KPI’s is essential. (Ideally in the NDIS arena)
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing are highly desirable.

At United for Care our focus is on helping people with disabilities to achieve fuller, better lives. United for Care offers independent living opportunities for members of the community living with complex disabilities to live in individual apartment accommodation with 24-hour support.

THE ROLE

For this senior leadership opportunity, we are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to step into this influential role as Head of Business Development.
You’ll be instrumental in leading a team and propelling our growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to extend our life-changing services.
This is a high-impact, results-driven role, where your efforts will directly contribute to the organisation’s growth and success during an exciting period of expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and drive business growth and new revenue generation across multiple entities, with a primary focus on United for Care.
  • Optimize the sales process to improve efficiencies and outcomes, ensuring United for Care remains a leader in providing exceptional care services to people with disabilities.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of Business Development Managers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
  • Empower the team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Guide the overall growth strategy for United for Care, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives and ethos.
