This position is responsible for defining and executing business development and B2B marketing strategies that accelerate revenue, strengthen partnerships, and build long-term client relationships. As a senior leader, you will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, enter new markets, and position the organization as a trusted partner in its domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, deep B2B marketing expertise, and a proven ability to scale business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B business development and marketing strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances across target industries and geographies. Lead end-to-end B2B sales and marketing initiatives, from market research and lead generation to negotiation, closure, and account expansion. Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value B2B prospects, ensuring consistent revenue growth and predictable forecasting. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute demand generation campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and brand-building activities tailored for B2B audiences. Drive account-based marketing (ABM) and key account strategies to deepen relationships with enterprise and strategic clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine value propositions and differentiate offerings. Own revenue targets, business development KPIs, and performance metrics; regularly review progress and optimize strategies for ROI. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development and B2B marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, industry forums, and networking events to enhance visibility and credibility. What Makes You a Great Fit Over 10 years of progressive experience in business development, B2B marketing, or enterprise sales, with a strong record of revenue growth. Deep understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals, including demand generation, lead nurturing, ABM, and long-cycle sales processes. Proven ability to build and scale B2B pipelines, close complex deals, and manage strategic accounts. Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
