Job Description MISSION : To expand Coface Business Information (BI) market share in assigned territories by evaluating sales opportunities with the objective to grow the revenue through different channels including direct sales, partnerships and cross-sell. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute Coface Group’s BI strategy in the Philippines with medium-term objectives and long-term vision. Define and execute the GTM strategy. Manage and lead BI sales team members to execute the strategy in the Philippines and deliver results. Drive incremental Coface BI revenue through new and existing channel partnerships. Provide progress updates and sales forecasts for the Philippines. Work closely with Coface product teams to push for any product enhancements required to succeed in the assigned market. Build a presence in targeted industries through events, association participation, and presentations. Collaborate with regional and global management stakeholders to develop business and account plans, go-to-market strategy, and tactics. Manage a steady stream of sales pipeline and ensure CRM discipline and hygiene. Run cadence with regional team and partners to ensure a strong path to meet and exceed revenue commitments. Represent Business Information and our solutions at external events and work closely with the marketing team to build impactful content for the market. Ensure team members and partners are enabled and trained sufficiently to sell Coface propositions to the market. Act as the first escalation point for any issues in the region. Ensure accuracy in forecasting of sales and revenue targets. Ensure client NPS scores meet or exceed global benchmarks.
