The Transformation Office (TO) supports the senior leadership of the university in effective strategy execution, delivering a complex set of transformation initiatives and driving sustainable improvements to our core business.
About the Role
The Head of Business Insights and Benefits role sits within the Transformation Office Directorate. The Transformation Office supports the senior leadership of the university in effective strategy execution, delivering a complex set of transformation initiatives and driving sustainable improvements to our core business.
The Head of Business Insights and Benefits will be responsible for developing and supporting the Transformation Office programmes to apply a consistent approach to benefits identification, development, monitoring and realisation.
This role will lead the Transformation Office’s efforts to leverage data and insights across the portfolio to enhance strategic decision making and identify, quantify and monitor benefits. This is key to long term investment and transformation at a scale that can have significant and positive impact for our staff and student communities.
This is a full time (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
