THE ROLE

Data is a core advantage of OTT/Unicast TV over traditional broadcast. As a platform operator, we know exactly what content our users watch, how popular a show is, and how many seconds of each and every ad campaign are viewed. With millions of active users every month the data we collect from them allows for efficient and precise business processes and data-based decision making.
At Zattoo, we already leverage much of our data (we process 6TB daily!) and still want to do more. We want to build day-to-day business decisions more on hard facts and less on gut feeling. Therefore, we are searching for an experienced Head of Analytics / BI to join our motivated and growing data team. You will be helping the company become more data-driven in its decision-making!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and lead the Business Intelligence function, including team development, tooling, and strategic direction
  • Build and manage a high-performing BI team across business and product analytics. Currently, we have 4 analysts
  • Partner with leadership to proactively identify data opportunities that drive business impact
  • Define and scale BI processes, self-service tools, and governance to support data-informed decisions across the company.
  • Ensure data quality and accessibility by working closely with data engineering on core metrics, models, and dashboards.
  • Lead the implementation of experimentation frameworks and promote a culture of testing and measurement.
  • Champion company-wide data literacy, visualization best practices, and support for both internal and B2B stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve Zattoo’s data maturity and BI capabilities in line with company goals.
