Job Description Your role Horizon Distribution, part of Shiji Group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations & Business Support to manage & continuously improve all aspects of our operations. You will look after all aspects of our after-sales operation for both of our products – Horizon Distribution’s online booking platform, and IcePortal Content. You will be a tech savvy, analytical person, who likes to explore how to use technology to do things better & faster. You will be a good communicator. Professional & presentable, you can meet and talk to our customers directly. What you will do Manage implementation, support & PMO teams across different regions. Identify areas of operational & technical optimization, lead such initiatives. Support the Managing Director in other business administration tasks. Some travel is required, about 4 times a year. Qualifications Experience in hotel distribution industry. Experience running a support operation. Experience in managing teams across different cultures. Technical experience in API integrations, connectivity. Chinese language skills highly preferred.
