The Head of Business Operations & Engineering leads a central team responsible for delivering strategic, business-led initiatives that drive operational excellence, process improvement, and transformation across Exclaimer. You will manage a team including a Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect, translating operational and transformation priorities into scalable, practical solutions that improve efficiency, support growth, and embed a data-driven, customer-centric culture. You will partner closely with the Business Operations & Transformation team as the stakeholders that represent Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, Operations to deliver on Exclaimer’s growth and transformation agenda.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

• Significant experience leading engineering, delivery, or operations teams in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or private equity-backed environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives and system enhancements in alignment with business transformation strategies.
• Strong understanding of business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and integration best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
• Commercially aware, data-driven, and adept at prioritising in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary teams that combine delivery and architecture functions.
