The Role: As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Operations to oversee the daily operations and drive operational excellence across our diverse ecosystem of projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across all projects within Ergonia Labs. Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across business lines, including venture studio, trading, and protocol ventures. Lead Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including DRW, Cumberland, legal advisors, vendors, and development partners. Oversee entity formation, banking infrastructure, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and regulatory standards. Deliver clear operational reporting and actionable performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver on business goals. Optimize resource allocation to maximize performance and support strategic initiatives. Provide leadership through line management, coaching, and performance oversight, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture. 7+ years of experience in business operations, with a strong background in fintech, venture capital, or the crypto industry. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with excellent project management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners. Experience in developing operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and promote best practices. Passion for technology and innovation, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
