We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Relationship Management to lead strategic stakeholder engagement and strengthen collaboration around digital transformation initiatives.The role will focus on building strong relationships with government entities, leading structured engagement programs, and translating business needs into actionable digital initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.Key responsibilities include stakeholder relationship management, strategic partnerships, digital enablement, performance and satisfaction monitoring, communication and escalation management, senior-level engagement, and team leadership. We are looking for candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, relationship development, strategic partnerships, or digital service coordination, supported by strong leadership and communication capabilities.
