We need you for this.You support the management in strategic decisions and special projects: You prepare data-based decision-making criteria, and accompany and control the implementation.You will build company-wide control processes: KPIs, reporting structures and clear meeting and coordination formats to ensure that strategic priorities are consistently pursued.You analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and consistently implement measures to increase efficiency – especially at the interfaces between Development, IT Operations, Project Management and Service Center.You coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and ensure that strategic projects don't get lost in the shuffle.You act as a sparring partner and internal consultant for managers and business units. You value a positive working relationship without disciplinary responsibility.You will take on strategic special projects with high relevance for the further development of the company.This is what you bring with youYou have 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3-5 years of operational line or management experience in a technology-driven company. You understand the operational challenges of a rapidly growing company from your own experience. Experience in strategy consulting or a transformation role is a welcome plus.You are highly effective in implementation, have managed complex projects with many stakeholders, and can represent priorities in an acceptable manner.Strong analytical skills: You derive concrete recommendations for action from data and never lose sight of the big picture.You communicate clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group – with the development team as well as with management or external partners.High social competence and political acumenExperience in healthcare or eHealth is a plus, but not a requirement.About UsWe develop software, IT services, and digital solutions for statutory health insurance associations and health insurance companies.
