Uplands Enterprise Trust (UET) is a charity based in Swindon dedicated to empowering young people with additional needs. Our mission is to improve their lives through innovative programs and community engagement, driven by a passionate team and a committed board of Trustees.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Director to lead the operational and commercial aspects of UET. Reporting directly to the CEO, the post holder will work closely with the Head of Service Delivery to shape and deliver the organisation’s long-term strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, operational excellence, and organisational growth. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for business planning, resource management, and compliance across UET’s services and sites.
