Description
The Head of Campaign and Event is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Agency business through impactful campaigns and events. This role plays a pivotal part in defining long-term goals, making data-driven decisions, and guiding the Agency business toward sustainable growth and success. Position Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Execution Develop and implement creative campaigns to support agency business expansion across Tied Agency and ALCs. Collaborate with Agency Sales, Recruitment, and Strategy teams to align campaign objectives with business goals. Partner with Marketing and Actuarial teams to design campaigns focused on recruitment, agent activation, and agency leader team building. Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure all campaigns and events align with the overall strategic plan. Event Management Plan, organize, and manage agency events to enhance engagement and brand presence. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and on-site management. Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and adherence to PRE limits. Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure competitive pricing and quality service. Ensure all events meet corporate standards and deliver a high-quality experience for attendees. Performance Review & Optimization Conduct post-mortem reviews for each campaign & event on a quarterly basis to identify successes, gaps, and actionable improvements. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve campaign strategies and execution. Communication Develop and review all agency communication materials related to campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives. Own the creation and quality control of key communication channels such as circulars, ManuNews, and other official publications. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to produce engaging content for digital and print platforms. Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics. Collaboration & Coordination Liaise with cross-functional teams for cohesive and effective campaign strategies. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for campaign execution and event management. Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and industry standards in campaign and event management. Work closely with Procurement to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with PRE limits. Team Leadership Manage and lead the campaign & event management team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Promote a positive and collaborative team environment. Required Qualifications: 10 years of experience in campaign development, event management, and marketing communications. Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of large-scale campaigns and events. Experience in insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred. Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and vendor management. Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement processes, and cost control.
