You champion a culture of continuous improvement, relentlessly seeking opportunities to reduce error rates, decrease time-to-market, and boost efficiency through automation and advanced tooling.
You will lead the Direct Marketing team, responsible for the strategic planning and impactful execution of commercially-driven CRM campaigns across Zalando’s diverse country clusters. Your core mission is to translate the commercial calendar and trading priorities into highly effective customer messaging that drives revenue and engagement.
In this role, you will forge close partnerships with the General Managers and trading teams within each country cluster. You will also partner closely with our Audience Management team, providing the operational expertise to execute their lifecycle strategies flawlessly through our marketing platform, Braze. You will steer your team to deliver all campaigns through Braze, which is tightly integrated with our internal content and technology applications.
As a key leader in the CRM organization, you will work with your peers across Product, Analytics, and Engineering to build scalable, data-driven operations and enhance our technical capabilities. As the primary owner of commercial campaign delivery and performance, you will be instrumental in strengthening customer relationships and fueling Zalando’s growth.
