We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Campus to lead our Bristol Campus. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and ensure an outstanding experience for students and staff alike.
You’ll be responsible for the campus’s overall success: operationally, academically, financially, and culturally. You’ll work closely with ACC’s central leadership to ensure Bristol remains a benchmark of excellence within our network of campuses.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re seeking a credible and inspiring leader with:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Further Education or a similar setting
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• The ability to develop people and drive high-performance cultures

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesA strategic, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for education and youth development

• A background in creative education or commercial education delivery is highly desirable. A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of campus delivery
• Drive performance and continuous improvement in teaching, recruitment, and student experience
• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Build strategic relationships with local communities, industry partners, and cultural organisations
• Ensure strong financial oversight and efficient resource management
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment aligned with ACC’s values
• Represent ACC publicly and professionally, advocating for the campus and the wider organisation
