HEAD OF CAMPUS, LONDON

Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Campus to lead our flagship London Campus. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and ensure an outstanding experience for students and staff alike.
You’ll be responsible for the campus’s overall success: operationally, academically, financially, and culturally. You’ll work closely with ACC’s central leadership to ensure London remains a benchmark of excellence within our network of campuses.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re seeking a credible and inspiring leader with:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Further Education or a similar setting
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • The ability to develop people and drive high-performance cultures
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A strategic, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for education and youth development

A background in creative education or commercial education delivery is highly desirable. A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of campus delivery
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement in teaching, recruitment, and student experience
  • Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Build strategic relationships with local communities, industry partners, and cultural organisations
  • Ensure strong financial oversight and efficient resource management
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment aligned with ACC’s values
  • Represent ACC publicly and professionally, advocating for the campus and the wider organisation
