Description
Responsibilities:  Supervise multiple teams with around 15 members in total  Lead the team to handle financial reporting of all capital bases according to standards and guidelines  Evaluate financial soundness of various business initiatives for business decisions  Plan and manage workflow for the teams in line with priorities  Review work of junior staff for consistency, reasonableness, comprehensiveness and suitability for purpose  Propose and implement improvements to regular financial reporting processes, analyses, reports and documentation  Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of data, assumptions, methods, modelling, process and financial results  Drive capital management initiatives to allow for better use and management of capital  Support Chief Actuary in managing solvency positions of the company Qualifications:  University graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics and preferably qualified actuary  Minimum 10 years of experience with robust experience in financial reporting area and capital reporting; candidates with less experience will be considered as senior actuarial manager  Strong analytical and problem solving skills  Detail minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure  Good command of both written and spoken English  Capability of leading multiple teams of more than 10 persons in total About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
