JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Care to lead our team in providing exceptional care to residents within our care home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for senior care, and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care home or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of senior care practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for facilitating transportation as needed.
