Job Description 🎯 Your Mission: Redefine Luxury As Head of Category RoF (f/m/d) you act as the business owner of your category – with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and operational success. What you will do: 🧭 Strategy & P&L Ownership Develop and execute a 12–24 month plan with clear KPIs (inventory, demand, ARPA, MRR, etc.) Own the P&L: revenue, margin, and ROI of commercial and marketing investments Define pricing strategies and value-based packages together with GTM & Sales 🏗️ Supply Growth & Customer Success Expand exclusive listings in key markets Collaborate closely with sales and field teams to attract high-value agencies Ensure the highest listing quality (imagery, translations, content) 📣 Demand Generation & Brand Positioning Execute targeted B2C marketing and SEO/SEA initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team Build and position the category as the benchmark destination for real estate properties Develop national and international traffic strategies 💡 Product & Customer Experience Work with product and tech teams to optimize the user journey Develop and pilot new features (e.g. AI staging, high-res media, call tracking) Bring customer feedback into continuous product development 🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership Lead regular category reviews focused on KPIs & OKRs Coordinate resources from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics Own budget and strategic planning for the category 📈 Success Will Be Measured By … Market share in the luxury segment (listings & agencies) Revenue growth (ARPA, MRR) Web traffic & share of international visitors Leads generated per listing Listing quality score & NPS (agents & seekers) Qualifications 🧬 Your Profile 🎓 Experience & Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in category management, strategy, or P&L management – ​​ideally in real estate or a marketplace environment Proven experience in cross-functional work and stakeholder management Experience in strategy consulting is a plus, but not essential Fluency in French and English; international experience preferred 💼 Skills & Mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with a 360° view of the business and product Strong analytical skills, data-driven and solutions-oriented approach Hands-on mindset, strong sense of responsibility and execution Empathy for client needs (agencies & buyers) Excellent communication skills (including with senior management) Risk tolerance and a passion for innovation Additional Information ✔ What we offer: 🍎 Company restaurant, digital meal vouchers with Restoflash; 🏋🏻‍♀️ Gym, showers, free access to organic fruit, organic dried fruit, and hot drinks; 👩‍🏫 Training (Onboarding program, LinkedIn Learning, online language courses); 😎 16 days of paid time off, vacation (special leave, volunteer leave, seniority leave, etc.); 🧘🏽‍♀️ Quality of life at work (Remote work, Kyan Health, childcare places); etc...
