* This is an UAE National ring fenced position . * The Head of Corporate Affairs assisted by Head CPD provide independent oversight, review and approval of Bank’s Procurement Policy and Procedures across the Mashreq Bank (including all its other Legal Entities) globally. Head CPD serves as Chief Procurement Officer of the Mashreq Bank Group. All rights, powers, duties and authority relating to procurement of goods and services from third parties in the area of indirect procurement are vested in Head CPD. * The role also champions the digital transformation of procurement through automation, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled tools - strengthening governance, optimizing spend, and improving end-to-end decision quality. * Drives a forward-looking, technology-enabled procurement culture that leverages predictive analytics and GenAI to enhance transparency, value creation, and operational resilience across all entities.

Responsibilities

The Head of Centralized Procurement provides independent oversight and approval of global procurement policies and procedures for the bank. This role also leads the digital transformation of procurement processes by implementing AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to optimize spend and governance.
