Description The Head of CG Advisor Network Growth and Strategy (CGAN) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all employees and external representatives within the CG Advisor Network. This role provides strategic direction, drives growth and revenue, and ensures the network operates efficiently while expanding its market presence. The Head of CGAN works closely with executive leadership to align initiatives with the company’s overall vision and business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic growth of CGAN, including business development, advisor recruitment, and network expansion. Oversee all internal employees and external representatives to ensure alignment with company objectives and performance goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors to support their growth, productivity, and client service excellence. Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top-performing advisors. Establish performance expectations and provide coaching, resources, and support to help advisors and teams achieve targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and other business units to align growth strategies and maximize opportunities. Implement scalable processes and systems that enhance advisor experience, operational efficiency, and overall network performance. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand CGAN’s presence and revenue streams. Ensure all activities within the network comply with regulatory and company standards. Report regularly to the President/COO on growth initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. Represent CGAN internally and externally, promoting the firm’s vision, values, and market positioning. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor networks, with a proven track record in business growth. Strong knowledge of advisor business models, market dynamics, and strategic growth planning. Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present information to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
