Job Description The Head of Change Delivery plays a central role in the future success of Crown Agent’s Bank, leading a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic priorities. Combining leadership, financial governance, and delivery expertise, the role demands strong stakeholder management and clear communication. As part of the COO’s Extended Leadership Team, responsibilities include managing investment in platform change, overseeing risks and dependencies, and maintaining alignment with CAB’s strategic objectives. The role ensures robust governance through auditable controls, accurate financial data, and close collaboration with Technology, Finance, and Transformation teams. Success is measured by efficient delivery, safeguarding ROI, and achieving intended business outcomes. Role Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment: Lead a team of Delivery Managers and Business Analysts in driving project delivery to successful outcomes. Identify and address dependencies and cross-portfolio risks, working with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Front Office teams. Provide the central point of contact for Strategy, Business and Technology stakeholders, taking responsibility for effective prioritisation of the investment portfolio over time. Governance & Financial Reporting Co-ordinate governance of financial investment in platform change, including oversight of documentation of financial governance TORs and standards. Manage forecasting, actuals and budget for investment projects with support from the PMO. Escalate significant financial risks and deviations. Liaise with Delivery Managers and Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely financial data capture vs benefits realised. Define and operate necessary controls to be effective and auditable. Team Leadership & Engagement: Lead a team of Delivery Managers and Business Analysts in delivering their outcomes on time and within budget. Support the personal development of all team members and manage individual performance. Champion engagement, diversity, and inclusion, setting a strong example as part of the COO SLT. Qualifications 10+ years of experience covering relevant skills such as change delivery, operational improvement, and digital transformation. Experience of financial services sector, preferably in Payments, FX, and/or Banking. Experience in leading project governance, including agile delivery methodology and standards. Evidence of people-leadership across a range of disciplines and experience levels.
