KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Deliver IT and regulatory projects to time, cost, and quality, enabling bank-wide transformation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Leadership & stakeholder engagement at Exec/Board level; builds diverse, high-performing teams in matrix setups.
  • Programme delivery of £25M+ budgets; recovers failing projects; skilled in agile and waterfall.
  • Commercial & financial acumen including business cases, supplier negotiation, cost control, risk/issue management.
  • Industry expertise in tech and financial services, with strong regulatory and Fintech awareness.
  • Governance & frameworks knowledge; ensures delivery assurance and compliance in complex environments
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

In this 12 month fixed-term contract as Head of Delivery, you’ll have overall accountability for driving value for the business through the delivery of a significant portfolio with a focus on Infrastructure and Regulatory projects. We’re looking for the successful colleague to provide leadership, definition, planning and direction across a range of projects and have experience in driving complex programmes at a large scale. The ideal candidate will be delivery focussed with the ability to drive projects forward over the line.
