Responsibilities

WITHIN YOUR ROLE AS HEAD OF CHANGE ENABLEMENT AND ADOPTION YOU WILL:

  • Develop and contribute to Domains go-to-market offers covering Change Enablement & Adoption capability areas. Set the team strategy in line with Capgemini and Domains strategic goals
  • Work closely with Alliance partners to build offers and develop pipeline
  • Lead the Change Enablement and Adoption career pathway, ensuring team members have the right mix of skills meet the client needs
  • Lead a team of 75+ consultants and manage operational excellent across the team and overall capability resourcing, committing and meeting operational KPI’s.
  • Coach and develop our people, including managing the performance, promotion and pay planning cycles. Manage team growth and recruitment
