Job Description Lead the cheque clearing team and oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cheque clearing processes and reduce float time. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all cheque transactions, including inward and outward clearing. Monitor and manage risks associated with post-dated and dishonored cheques. Oversee reconciliation processes and ensure accurate reporting Provide support and advisory to business units on cheque-related matters. Provide support and advisory to business units on cheque-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 8–10 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years in cheque clearing or cash management. Strong understanding of cheque clearing regulations and practices in Thailand. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
