Kyntus Bau GmbH, a leader in gigabit networks, is looking for a dedicated Head of Civil Works (Abteilungsleiter Tiefbau) to join our team. Lead transformative civil infrastructure projects and help shape the future of telecommunications networks.

What You’ll Do: -Head of Civil Works (Abteilungsleiter Tiefbau) -Southern Germany Region / Baden-Württemberg

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects and construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations.
• Coordinate technical and manual work across teams.
• Oversee project schedules, cost calculations, and resource management.
• Advise and support customers, ensuring high-quality service.

What You’ll Need: -Head of Civil Works (Abteilungsleiter Tiefbau) -Southern Germany Region / Baden-Württemberg

• Proficiency in German and English.
• Civil Engineer training or equivalent technical/commercial qualification.
• Experience in civil engineering, fiber optic expansion, and VOB (construction law).
• Project management experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and entrepreneurial skills.
