Allianz is seeking an experienced leader to take on the strategic role of Head of Claims Department. This position is responsible for shaping and executing the claims management policy in the non-life insurance area, in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements and in line with customer expectations Your responsibilities: Oversee the accurate and timely settlement of property claims handled by the department Ensure operational compliance with internal regulations, procedures, and legal requirements Organize and manage the department’s work, including task allocation, employee development, and engagement Be accountable for achieving quality and efficiency targets aligned with the company's business strategy Represent the department before the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and international structures (e.g., Global P&C Claims) Coordinate collaboration with product and actuarial teams in developing and updating pricing tariffs and General Terms & Conditions of Insurance Proactively initiate changes in claims policies and product documentation Implement technology solutions to support the digitalization of claims processes Drive operational excellence and initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and efficiency Collaborate with Allianz regional and global teams to adopt and implement best practices in claims handling Your qualifications: University degree, preferably in law, economics, management, or related fields Several years of leadership experience in claims management In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and supervisory guidelines (KNF) Proven experience managing large teams and operational projects Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities Familiarity with modern tools and technologies supporting claims processes Experience in organizational change and process optimization Well-developed leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Fluency in English (minimum B2), enabling effective communication in an international environment Practical knowledge of AI tools, such as ChatGP We offer: Employment contract Base salary + annual bonus Company car Hybrid work model Flexible working hours Employee Investment Program Co-financing of sports activities (Multisport card) Private medical care Life insurance Discounts on company products and services Prepaid benefit cards Holiday co-financing (“wczasy pod gruszą”) Access to a wide range of educational platforms and development opportunities 78306 | Obsługa klienta i szkody | Kadra zarządzająca | Allianz Executive | Allianz Polska | Pełny etat | Zatrudnienie stałe
