What you do: Lead the Claims management department and report directly to the COO. Lead and optimize the claims management process to align with business objectives. Supervise the entire claims handling process, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve complex claims. Propose and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve processing times. Set, monitor, and report on performance KPIs to ensure targets are met. Enhance operational rules, processes, and standards for claims management. Develop and operate a performance setting and monitoring system for claims. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support projects beyond daily responsibilities. Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards in claims management. What you bring: Higher education degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims. Proficiency in English. Strong computer literacy. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on motivating teams. Familiarity with insurance regulations and specific claims liquidation requirements.
