We’re looking for a Head of Client Delivery / Digital Account Director to take charge of client relationships and ensure campaigns run smoothly across a fast-growing digital consultancy. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients - leading onboarding, building long-term relationships, and making sure projects are resourced and delivered on time. This is a role for someone who loves working with people, thrives on clear communication, and enjoys the freedom of a flexible, remote-first environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Has proven experience managing multiple client relationships in a digital agency or marketing environment
  • Understands digital marketing (PPC knowledge a plus, but not essential)
  • Is confident leading onboarding and being the main day-to-day contact for clients
  • Excels at relationship management, communication, and expectation setting
  • Can coordinate projects and teams to make sure campaigns are delivered on time
  • Spots potential issues early and resolves them with calm, proactive action
  • Thrives in a remote, flexible role with autonomy and accountability
Responsibilities

You’ll be the person ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and confident in the work being delivered. From onboarding new clients to checking in with existing ones, you’ll manage relationships day to day, making sure communication is clear and expectations are met. You need to be experienced working with a high volume of clients - building in your own processes to make sure all the plates keep spinning.
Alongside client management, you’ll also oversee delivery in a project management sense, ensuring campaigns are resourced properly, deadlines are hit, and conversion tracking is set up and running correctly. You won’t be building PPC campaigns yourself, but you’ll be coordinating the specialists who do, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a role about people, not process-heavy systems. It’s about keeping clients close, keeping projects moving, and keeping everyone happy.
