We're seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Client Execution, “CollateralONE” to join our Markets team. This role is located in New York City. Role Overview: BNY Markets is focused on providing a suite of foreign exchange, securities finance, collateral management and segregation, and liquidity services to both the buy side and sell side. Core to this suite of services is CollateralONE is BNY's integrated platform designed to centralize and optimize buy-side clients' collateral, financing, and liquidity activities. Built on the foundation of BNY's Triparty infrastructure, CollateralONE offers a single access point for clients to manage assets across custody, repo, securities lending, and derivatives margining. Target clients are Hedge Funds, SWF, Asset Owner, Pension Funds, Insurance Firms, SPV's, Private Markets and other evolving buy-side segments. CollateralONE is a product that is offered globally. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the execution of CollateralONE's global client-growth strategy, ensuring full alignment with BNY Markets' strategic objectives and revenue targets. Partner with Sales and Relationship Management leadership to architect and implement a differentiated go-to-market framework that accelerates platform adoption across hedge funds, pension funds, insurers and other buy-side segments. Provide executive sponsorship of the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle—driving seamless operational integration, governance and risk controls on a global scale. Act as the senior client advocate for marquee relationships, translating client objectives into product structuring, service delivery and platform enhancements. Champion the continuous modernization and automation of the client experience in partnership with Client Enablement leadership, reducing manual interventions and elevating service consistency. Drive operational resilience by sponsoring workflow re-engineering, enforcing compliance standards, and embedding robust controls throughout global processes. Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk and Compliance executives to negotiate and evolve service agreements, SLAs and regulatory documentation that support product scalability. Influence the Product & Technology roadmap by articulating a clear, client-driven business case for enhancements, prioritizing features that deepen user engagement and competitive differentiation. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 10-15 years of financial‐services experience, with expertise in collateral management or securities finance platforms. Demonstrated success in architecting and leading global client‐growth and onboarding programs for buy‐side segments (hedge funds, pension funds, insurers, SWFs). Proven ability to orchestrate and project management multi-product complex deal teams. Exceptional stakeholder‐management and communication capabilities, with a track record of building trusted relationships and influencing C-suite executives across both client and internal constituencies. Advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance) or professional designation (CFA, FRM) preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
