ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a technically proficient and client-focused Head of Client Reporting Services to lead the delivery of high-quality, insightful, and compliant reporting solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on validating technical outputs, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing client experience through data.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of client and regulatory reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business and compliance needs. This role requires deep expertise in SQL, Power BI, and data governance, along with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights and measurable value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Regulatory Reporting
Lead the design and delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful client and regulatory reports. Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure outputs are aligned with service standards and compliance obligations.
Data Strategy & Governance
Define and execute a comprehensive data governance framework, focusing on quality, privacy, and accessibility of data to support client services and business intelligence.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a key liaison between data teams and business units, translating data into clear, actionable insights. Support internal teams and external clients by providing transparent, value-added reporting and analytics.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead a high-performing data services and reporting team, fostering a culture of service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Reporting Governance & Framework
Oversee the design and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and accessible across the organisation. Establish clear governance standards that balance robust controls with practical business use, enabling compliant, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions
Data Quality & Controls
Develop robust monitoring and validation mechanisms to maintain high data integrity and build trust in reporting outputs.
Performance & Impact Measurement
Define and report on key metrics that demonstrate the impact of data services on client satisfaction, business performance, and compliance.
