MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: The Associate Director of Operations is a senior leadership responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of an organization's network of primary care clinics. This position bridges the gap between frontline clinical staff, medical leadership, and executive administration to ensure operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and exceptional patient experience. - Supervise and maintain the daily operations of clinic and looks into issues affecting clinic productivity and effectiveness. - Support and implement policies and procedures in conjunction with staff and doctors that are based on clinic policies and guidelines. - Ensure regulatory training and compliance, and customer/patient service needs are met - Identifies opportunities to expand revenue sources and ancillary services and reduce expenses You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
