BS Menzel is seeking a manager for digital documentation and archiving solutions for a large healthcare provider.

The position offers the opportunity to actively develop central systems for intensive care medicine, clinical documentation and information management, and to sustainably shape their use in everyday clinical practice.

Head of Clinical Documentation Systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized application management team
• Responsibility for applications in the field of intensive documentation, document management and electronic archiving
• Planning and control of technical and organizational developments
• Implementation of digitization and optimization projects
• Collaboration with medical departments to improve clinical processes
• Ensuring data protection, compliance and quality requirements
• Coordination of external partners and internal interfaces
• Support for system implementations, migrations and integration projects

Your profile:

• Studies in computer science, medical informatics or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, relevant vocational training with corresponding professional experience
• Experience in the operation or management of clinical applications
• Knowledge of hospital processes and medical IT systems
• Understanding of interoperability, interfaces and system integration
• Ideally, initial or several years of management experience.
• Project management skills are an advantage.
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
