WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

The Head of Clinical Excellence & Service Development will be responsible for leading and delivering on the specialist clinical aspects of the Reed Wellbeing interventions.
The Head of Clinical Excellence & Service Development will ensure all service delivery meets with the relevant clinical expectations, safeguarding both participants and staff. They will build and maintain positive and effective relationships and partnerships both internally and externally to the organisation. They will implement, monitor, and maintain agreed standards of care, reporting to the Reed Wellbeing Divisional Director when standards are not met.
