As Head of Clinical Operations, you’ll lead the performance and growth of a dynamic network of Dental, Medical, Physiotherapy and Health Hub services—helping shape the future of patient care across Geelong and regional Victoria. Working alongside the Director of Clinical Care and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Health and Branch Network, you’ll be at the centre of driving operational excellence, empowering clinical teams, and delivering exceptional patient and member experiences. It’s your chance to: Shape the strategy and performance of a growing health services network Lead multidisciplinary clinical operations across multiple locations Influence patient experience, operational innovation and service delivery Develop and inspire high-performing leaders and teams Drive meaningful change in healthcare for regional communities What You’ll Be Responsible For As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will: • Lead and optimise operations across Dental, Medical, Physiotherapy and Health Hub locations • Deliver strategic and operational plans aligned with organisational growth and performance targets • Champion innovation and process improvement to streamline clinical workflows and enhance care delivery • Drive commercial performance, operational efficiency and service excellence across the network • Build strong partnerships with clinical teams, support services and external stakeholders • Oversee workforce planning, resource utilisation and operational performance across multiple sites • Use data, insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team • Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance and clinical quality standards Who We’re Looking For You’re a strategic thinker, people-focused leader and operational powerhouse who understands the complexity of healthcare environments and thrives on improving systems, services and outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will bring: A clinical qualification in Allied Health or Nursing. Postgraduate qualifications in Health Administration, Business, Leadership or similar (or equivalent experience) Senior leadership experience managing multi-site clinical operations Strong understanding of clinical governance, healthcare regulation and operational best practice. Demonstrated success improving operational performance and service delivery. Financial and commercial acumen including budgeting and P&L responsibility. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and empower teams.
