Join Pharmacosmos in a newly established role, where you will set the strategic and clinical scientific direction for both development and on-market products across various clinical development programs.
HIGHLY SKILLED AND SCIENTIFIC LEADER WITHIN CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT
We expect you to hold a degree and/or PhD in Medicine, Human biology, Natural Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar combined with significant experience (+ 10years) in global clinical drug development, including extensive experience with clinical trial design and execution. Your professional journey boasts proven leadership in a highly specialized scientific setting within the pharmaceutical industry. Your leadership style is underscored by exceptional communication, team-building skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. With a demonstrated track record of success, you bring valuable experience in late-phase trial design, respective dossier preparation, and submission activities, including global health authority interactions (EMA, FDA, CDE), where you have led or highly participated in bringing a drug development program to a successful registration. Specialization, experience or interest within hematology, cardiology or oncology will be an advantage but is not a demand.
Personally, you are structured, proactive, responsible, and ambitious with an empathic and respectful mindset. You have strong analytical skills paired with excellent problem-solving skills. You are a natural and adaptable leader, who knows how to set the direction for your team and how to influence, motivate, and bring people together and encourage growth. Demonstrating excellent planning, coordination, and prioritization skills, you can work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Your robust ethical foundation fosters a profound dedication to integrity and an unwavering commitment to quality in all of your work, empowering you to effectively navigate through ambiguity and change. Finally, you have excellent proficiency in English both written and spoken.
