About the role
As Head of Clinical Services at Oaklands Hospital, you will work in close partnership with the Hospital Director as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team and provide overall clinical direction and assists with operational management across all clinical service areas and meet the business and workforce objectives of Oaklands Hospital Ltd. The Head of Clinical Services is professionally accountable for the provision of strong clinical leadership, ensuring there is a robust clinical governance framework in place within the facility and for providing a safe environment and processes for patients. You will support this by driving clinical quality, monitoring patient outcomes and creating a learning culture to improve clinical practice.
With a strong focus on delivery of performance measures whilst maintaining clinical practice standards, you will work collaboratively with all teams throughout the hospital to meet the strategic objective of becoming an Orthopaedic Centre of Excellence.
