Responsibilities
  • University degree in life sciences, business administration, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of success and experience in pharmaceutical business environment
  • Experience in commercial leadership roles in pharmaceuticals
  • Knowledge of relevant national and international regulatory requirements and guidelines and pharmaceutical processes
  • Experience in leading & developing people and building effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical market data and structures
  • Strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical market
  • Communication skills and business acumen
  • Strong ethical behaviour
  • Capability to challenge status quo and established beliefs
  • Capacity to influence and onboard teams across geographies
  • Capacity to challenge business managers on the level of their ambition and achievements
