Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business performance framework, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance business partners
• Drive investment prioritisation and support major commercial and strategic decisions at the executive level
• Act as trusted commercial counsel to the CEO and senior leadership team
• Deliver executive and board-level performance reporting
