Owning and driving the end-to-end quarterly revenue forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment. Leading the development of comprehensive 5-year forecasts as part of the long-range planning cycle. Getting hands-on with data — digging into the details, building logical market and business models, and ensuring forecasting methodologies are robust and up-to-date. Acting as a strategic partner for the Commercial Leadership Team, collaborating with Analytics, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Project Management. Analysing market trends, identifying data gaps, and integrating access wins, product launches, and enhancements into forecasting frameworks. Implementing technical solutions using business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Sharing best practices and success models across regional forecasting teams to achieve consistency and excellence. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather inputs and ensure forecasts reflect the latest market dynamics and business objectives. Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, using compelling PowerPoint decks and visualisations. Experienced: 10+ years in Forecast Analyst, Financial Analyst, Management Consulting, Project Management, or similar roles. Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industries preferred. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience 5-8 years of previous people management experience
