Sales Leadership: Design a high-performing sales organization, set strategy, and drive consistent execution across territories. Market Expansion: Define segmentation, targeting, and expansion strategies to reach new customers and geographies. Product Positioning: Collaborate across teams to craft value-driven messaging, playbooks, and training programs that elevate our impact. Data-Driven Insights: Lead CRM strategy, analytics, and forecasting to uncover opportunities and fuel strategic decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Clinical, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align on growth initiatives and shape company direction. What You Bring 20+ years of progressive commercial leadership in medical devices or healthcare technology Proven success designing and executing go-to-market strategies and scalable sales structures Deep understanding of hospital and acute care buying processes and long-cycle adoption models Strategic yet hands-on—able to translate vision into action and results Entrepreneurial, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset with a passion for growth and innovation Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams Strong communication, executive presence, and influence Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Why Kreg Therapeutics?
