We are seeking an innovative and strategic marketing leader to serve as the Head of Commercial Marketing for AS China. This pivotal role will drive market share growth and revenue expansion by orchestrating comprehensive marketing strategies across our portfolio. You will be responsible for translating market insights into compelling go-to-market strategies, building brand leadership, and ensuring seamless alignment between product strategy, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance. As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape how we position, communicate, and deliver value to customers in one of our most important markets. Your Role: Strategic Portfolio & Market Leadership: Lead end-to-end product strategy, lifecycle management, pricing optimization, and go-to-market execution across all franchises (Lab Water, BioM, DxRM, and CTS). Develop differentiated segment marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, driving relevance and competitive advantage. Leverage market intelligence—including competitive analysis, customer insights, and trend forecasting—to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Integrated Marketing Execution: Orchestrate multi-channel marketing communications and demand generation campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate sales cycles. Drive digital and traditional marketing initiatives that deliver measurable ROI and support revenue targets. Create compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and marketing collateral that resonate with diverse customer audiences. Regulatory Excellence & Compliance: Serve as the strategic interface between AS China and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring all products, marketing materials, and campaigns comply with Chinese regulatory requirements. Proactively navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, mitigating risks while enabling business agility. Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and maintain expertise in compliance protocols. Technical Enablement & Customer Success: Deliver technical marketing expertise, application support, and product training to sales teams and customers, enhancing their ability to adopt and maximize value from our solutions. Develop technical content, case studies, and demonstration capabilities that differentiate our offerings and accelerate customer decision-making. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or technical Master's) strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in life sciences, healthcare, or scientific instrumentation industries, with deep understanding of the Chinese market. Proven expertise in portfolio management, segment marketing, and integrated campaign execution with demonstrable business impact. Possess strong technical acumen and can effectively bridge scientific complexity with commercial messaging. Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese regulatory requirements for life science products and marketing compliance. Strategic thinker with analytical rigor—skilled at translating market data into actionable strategies and measuring marketing effectiveness. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, able to influence and collaborate with sales, product development, regulatory, and global teams. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
Responsibilities
