Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this role are:

  • Play an active role within the UK & Ireland Commercial Leadership Team
  • Lead and develop the commercial strategy for Ireland, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Grow customer engagement and market share across Ireland through a strong business partnership model.
  • Anticipate farmer needs and translate them into commercially successful and impactful solutions.
  • Drive innovation in our product and service portfolio to meet evolving market demands and strengthen brand differentiation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of commercial activities.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing commercial team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making using CRM tools and best practices.
  • Champion our low-carbon product offerings and position Yara as a leader in sustainable agriculture.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Agronomy teams to define and execute impactful business plans.
