We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Planning & Insight to lead our planning and insights team. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall planning and insights strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection of monthly report of other subject base analysis, and interpretation of data to generate insights that inform business strategies, product development.
  • Business presentation: Plan & Develop business report for Sr. management, business review, subject base communication topics, Key market insight or strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of insights into business plans.
  • Market Research: Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Regional initiative project leading: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
