What You’ll Do Own and refine the product value proposition, ensuring strong market positioning aligned with customer needs and the evolving defense landscape. Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, competitive commercial offerings. Support customer and partner engagement activities by communicating the operational and technical advantages of Destinus solutions. Align internal teams around product messaging, customer feedback, and evolving market requirements. Contribute to the development of materials and narratives that clearly explain the value and mission impact of our systems. Help ensure consistency between product capabilities, commercial strategy, and customer expectations. What You’ll Need Senior experience in aerospace or defense product, commercial, or solution focused roles with a strong understanding of the industry environment. Experience working within military environments, defense organizations, or with armed forces stakeholders is highly valued. Ability to translate complex systems and advanced technologies into clear, compelling customer value and market positioning. Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams. Experience engaging with customers, partners, or stakeholders within the defense ecosystem is highly valued. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences. Fluent English required. Additional European languages are a strong plus. Who You Are You bring solid experience from aerospace, defense, or related high technology environments and understand how advanced systems translate into real operational value. You are comfortable working between technical and commercial teams, turning complex capabilities into clear, compelling value for customers. Strategic and collaborative, you enjoy aligning engineers, product leaders, and commercial stakeholders around a shared vision. You communicate with clarity, think in terms of impact and positioning, and thrive in fast moving environments where innovation and execution go hand in hand.
