This is an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor a talented team, and drive the continued growth and success of Colliers across regional Victoria. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Bendigo branch, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, leasing, and property management. Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, targets, and operational KPIs. Strengthen client relationships and foster new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, company policies, and professional standards. Represent Colliers in the local community and build strong connections with business networks. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in commercial real estate, business management, or a similar leadership role. Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team. Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and performance. In-depth knowledge of real estate operations and compliance requirements. Current real estate licence (required).
