DESCRIPTION Management of the commercial business cycles of the Business Unit Greater Europe, including among other responsibilities: Together with the FP&A team, you manage not only the planning processes for the 1YP and the 10YP, but also the monthly performance meeting In doing so, you help define the most important commercial growth levers within the BU You coordinate strategic key projects You drive the Route-to-Market within the BU. This may include strategic partnership projects, with a particular focus on expansion markets. Within the team, you build targeted data science capabilities, standardize commercial reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making. Full responsibility for the second core pillar of our global strategy, “Digitize & Monetize,” in particular PerfectDraft. You have overall responsibility for our Perfect Draft DTC business in Germany and Italy and drive the development of the PerfectDraft retail business in Germany and the on-trade (gastronomy) business in Italy together with the local markets. You are the key contact within the BU for the VP PerfectDraft Europe PROFILE Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Several years of professional experience in sales or commercial roles with personnel leadership, including process and project management as well as stakeholder management. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to motivate and coach employees. Strong communication skills in English and German, as well as strong teamwork skills. Confident presence, high level of initiative, and strong performance orientation. Responsibilities
