As our Head of Commercial for TF Solutions, you’ll lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth and efficiency across our product categories. You’ll be part of the TF Solutions Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in achieving both divisional and Group-wide goals.
Location: Flexible - with regular travel to key TF Solutions sites.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing commercial team, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive
  • Define and deliver trading strategies that drive sales, margin, and cost efficiencies.
  • Contribute commercial insight to shape and influence overall business direction.
  • Build and nurture collaborative supplier relationships to unlock new opportunities.
  • Develop pricing and product strategies that keep us competitive and customer-focused.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to drive trading success and service excellence.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to keep our offer relevant and market-leading.
  • Own the financial performance for your categories - including trading accounts, rebates, and cost optimisation.
