As our Head of Commercial for TF Solutions, you’ll lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth and efficiency across our product categories. You’ll be part of the TF Solutions Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in achieving both divisional and Group-wide goals.
Location: Flexible – with regular travel to key TF Solutions sites.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a talented commercial team, creating an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and able to succeed.
  • Shape and deliver trading strategies that balance growth, margin, and efficiency while keeping long-term sustainability in mind.
  • Offer commercial insight that helps guide and influence the wider direction of the business with clarity and care.
  • Build and nurture supplier partnerships, fostering collaboration and unlocking opportunities that benefit all parties.
  • Develop pricing and product strategies that put customers at the heart of decision-making and keep us competitive.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance, building strong connections to deliver shared success and service excellence.
  • Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity so our offer remains relevant and forward-looking.
  • Take responsibility for category performance, including trading results, supplier rebates, and cost optimisation, while focusing on long-term value.
